Delivery:
When you place an order, your items will be dropped off at the school and sent home with your student through Mrs. Shafer. Please be sure to include your student’s name when ordering to help ensure a smooth delivery!
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Image Use:
All sales are final. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our items, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that colors, styles, and designs may vary based on availability. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
